Today we climbed the indian peak and I made it with no help which was great and we went slow so I made my own way. I slipped and slid on my bum a few times but that was very amusing. We rode home in the back of a pickup truck which was so much fun and a lifelong ambition.

Sorry it short, I think Im getting dihorrea and dont know when i can next write. Good luck for interview lew and well done on tan chelsea! Loving you all loads the real hard work starts soon... xxxxxxxxxxx

Get well soon.

As hard as this trip is, it's been built for you - choccy fondue AND pick up truck.

Good luck on your trek, hope it goes well.

Think of your mum and dad, brother, grandparents, aunties and uncles, cousins, friends and Dazzle when you're feeling down. You've got the support of so many people here in Southend and we're all willing you along.

Stay safe Loulou

I was thinking about your pick up trucks the other day! I saw one and thought about how you used to talk about them in careers in year 8 or 9, can't remember which!

I hope you feel better soon and I'm glad you're getting on okay!

Keep going, we're all proud of you!
